Rosie and Richard’s story began in Venecia, where Richard was serving as a Peace Corps volunteer and the two first crossed paths. Since then, they have combined their backgrounds and passions to create Finca 360, a project shaped by both hospitality and purpose.
Rosie brings nearly 30 years of experience in Costa Rican tourism, offering deep local knowledge and a strong understanding of what makes a meaningful guest experience. Richard, an environmental economist at Texas A&M University, contributes a perspective rooted in sustainability and long-term development. Together, they have built Finca 360 around a shared commitment to tourism that supports both people and place.
