Rose Walsh

My path to yoga began in ballet. After 18 years of training from childhood into early adulthood, I felt called to deepen my connection to movement and bring more alignment into my life. That natural pull led me to explore different practices and develop my own personal practice before completing my 200hr certification.

I have been fortunate to share yoga around the world and to weave it into my work with the Peace Corps Madagascar from 2022 to 2024, where I served as an English teacher in Arrivonimamo, Fianarantsoa, and Manakara. I am deeply committed to making yoga more accessible, and I enjoy tailoring each class to the needs and intentions of the students in front of me.

Creativity is at the heart of my teaching, and I love incorporating herbs, chakra work, and themes that celebrate and uplift Divine Feminine energy. Most recently, I have begun my Ayurveda Wellness Ambassador Certification through the Ancient Way.
