Cold water swimming has long been a source of energy and renewal for Rosalind Kingston-Jones, whether in the sea in Cornwall and Pembrokeshire or at wild swimming spots across South Wales and beyond. She has always been drawn to the wellbeing benefits of this practice, and values every chance to reconnect with herself and nature through it.
After becoming a parent, Rosalind found it harder to make time for cold-water swimming, so the chance to return to that connection at RESET Spa has felt especially meaningful. Following more than 15 years working as a designer in media and publishing in Bristol, she has now returned to her childhood home in the beautiful Stonor Valley, where she is building her own house with her husband and family.
Rosalind is excited to spend more time immersed in nature, prioritise her own wellbeing, and share the peaceful atmosphere of RESET Oxfordshire with others.
