Roni

Roni teaches with heart, depth, and a genuine sense of care. Her approach is shaped by extensive study with respected leaders in yoga therapy, the Sacred Feminine, sound therapy, and Tibetan Buddhism, allowing her to bring thoughtful and well-informed guidance to every session.

She is known for making traditional wisdom feel accessible and relevant, blending time-honored practices with a modern understanding of the body and lifestyle. Rather than offering surface-level instruction, Roni emphasizes building a strong foundation so these practices can be integrated safely, effectively, and sustainably into daily life.

Through her teaching, she shares the knowledge passed down to her by sincere and authentic teachers, creating a space where participants can explore healing, clarity, and meaningful connection with confidence.
