
With a strong focus on pranayama and alignment, Rohit Ji brings a grounded and thoughtful approach to yoga teaching. He first stepped onto the mat seeking greater flexibility and fitness, but over time his practice became much more than a physical discipline. As his body grew stronger and healthier, he discovered yoga as a path to self-awareness and a deeper mind-body connection.
As a teacher, Rohit Ji understands that every student arrives with a different background, pace, and set of needs. He encourages each person to move in a way that feels right for them, offering space to modify when necessary and to stay attentive to how they feel throughout the practice. With more than 10 years of teaching experience, he brings both skill and sensitivity to every session.
What inspires him most is witnessing students explore their own personal yoga journey. Through his guidance, he aims to support, nurture, and motivate them as they grow in confidence and awareness on and off the mat.
