Based in Nelson, BC, Canada, Robbie O'kruk brings a grounded and compassionate approach to teaching, shaped by more than nine years of personal exploration. His work is informed by Vedic philosophy and yoga training, including 300-hour RYT, 200-hour RYT hatha yoga, and 100-hour RYT yin yoga, as well as experience in meditation, somatic practices, men’s work, mountain sports, kirtan, and dance.
Robbie creates yoga offerings that invite students to arrive exactly as they are, with no need to perform or prove anything. His classes are designed to support restfulness, mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and the kind of personal insight that can emerge through caring for ourselves with kindness. With a warm and inclusive teaching style, he offers a space where students can reconnect with the body, soften into presence, and explore the deeper benefits of practice at their own pace.
