Rino, affectionately known as “the teacher,” has shared the spirit of this Ciociaria journey with Cristina, taking part from the very first retreat through the fourth. With more than 30 years of experience in yoga and meditation, he began his path in 1992. His approach is deeply rooted in the development of conscious breathing, with teaching dedicated to cultivating awareness of the breath and alignment of the spine.
Rino is certified by the Italian Yoga Federation. He studied at the school led by Patrik Tomatis, president of the French Yoga Federation, and at the yoga therapy school of Indian master Bhole. He is also a member of YANI, the National Association of Yoga Teachers. In addition, he stands out as a scholar of Holistic Astrology, specializing in natal chart reading. This modern discipline places the individual at the center of the astrological chart, unlike the traditional approach, which focuses on events.
He offers a subjective approach: the practice is experienced from within, allowing each person to meet it through their own sensitivity, life experience, and complexity. Breath is the essential pillar, acting as a bridge between mind and body. The body breathes while the mind listens. Even the most demanding asanas are built with this principle in mind, ensuring that the unity of the person remains intact and that the practitioner stays in deep contact with their inner self.
