My attitude to life
I like to try new activities all the time, just to experience something new, to expand my consciousness, to understand more. I have never understood the monotonous rhythm of life, the routine, the waiting for retirement or the passive travelling. If I travel, it is only to see/experience new spaces. If I work, it is only to learn or discover something new. Every day I have a challenge: to learn a new craft, to read a new book, to go to a training course I haven't been to before..
I think we are in this world to create and have experiences. I try every day to be sincere about this mission.
My philosophy of life is always based on the words of Ralph Nelson Elliott:
Only those who dare to take the risk of going too far can know how far one can go.
How I discovered Rebirthing breathwork
When I heard the new term "Rebirthing breathwork", I read up on what it was, I liked the idea, and it was also strange, unseen and unexperienced. I didn't have the stubbornness to try it right away, but the idea kept haunting me... One day I was offered to go to a holistic Akasha training (by Jack Makani), and he pointed out that there would be a rebefing session there as well. As this was new to me, and smelled like a new experience, I decided to give it a try. I liked the Akasha training, but after the breathing, I clearly realised that it was the most powerful practice of all. I saw the tremendous changes in myself and others.
I decided to do the breathing again in individual or group sessions and very quickly realised that I not only wanted to practice it, but to share it with everyone.
