Rick Repetti

Description

Rick Repetti, PhD, brings together a rare combination of philosophical inquiry, contemplative practice, and disciplined training. As a philosophical consultant and Socratic Dialogue facilitator, he invites participants into thoughtful exploration through conversation, reflection, and insight. His background also includes serving as a faculty member of the Philosophical Practitioners Association of India, as well as being a founding member of the CUNY Mindfulness and Contemplative Studies group.

With multiple decades of experience as a meditation and yoga practitioner and teacher, Rick offers a grounded, informed presence in every session. His approach is shaped not only by long-term contemplative study, but also by his deep commitment to personal practice. He is also a 4th degree black belt in Shotokan Karate, adding another dimension of discipline, focus, and embodied awareness to his work.

Participants can expect a thoughtful and engaging experience that blends mindfulness, philosophy, and practical wisdom in a supportive setting.
