Richard Kay is an accomplished entrepreneur with extensive experience in hospitality and real estate, having managed corporate accommodation and vacation rental businesses in Canada and Mexico.
He has a talent for turning ideas into reality by gathering skilled teams around a shared vision. Richard co-founded The Sentinel Retreat & Wellness Centre and is also a founding member of The Psychedelic Association of Canada, a national organization that supports and educates communities, governments, and businesses as psychedelics and plant-based medicines move toward mainstream therapies.
With more than 20 years of personal experience working with plant-based medicines, Richard’s coaching encourages people to step into their unique gifts. He is dedicating the next 20 years to creating pathways for individuals and communities to reach their full potential through cutting-edge practices and technologies.
