About Rev. Therese Bimka
Therese is a spiritual director and psychotherapist in private practice in the Hudson Valley, and she previously served as director of The Interspiritual Counseling Program at One Spirit Interfaith Alliance from 2011 to 2021. She brings extensive experience as a retreat and workshop leader, guiding groups through a broad range of psycho-spiritual and creative topics. Her advanced training includes trauma-informed teachings, guided visualizations for health, mindfulness meditation, Buddhism and psychology, expressive arts, Jungian Sandplay Therapy, SoulCollage®, restorative justice, and collective trauma, among others. Over the years, she has facilitated programs for organizations, training institutes, educational institutions, government facilities, congregations, and community-based nonprofits.

Teaching Style
Together, we will create an experience that is spacious, warm, engaging, creative, and inspirational. The process and the manifestation offered many lessons. I couldn't believe how much creativity and contemplation was brought forward in such a short time.
