“My life’s purpose should be: first to understand myself, and then to live myself” (Irina Rauthmann). For that reason, it is especially important to me to share yoga as a holistic path toward joy, clear perception, and ease. Through carefully coordinated postures practiced in harmony with the breath, we strengthen physical vitality and deepen mindfulness of ourselves and our life purpose. To support this effect, the practice is adapted to each person’s individual abilities. Hatha yoga is therefore suitable for everyone.
With empathy and sensitivity, I respond to you and your needs. My teaching always begins with consciously arriving in the here and now. This is followed by dynamic movement sequences and static postures, often connected to a specific theme. Breathwork is a central focus throughout the practice. I also weave in yoga philosophy in a contemporary form, along with the healing sound of simple mantras. I usually close the session with targeted breathing exercises and guided or short silent meditations.
I work full time as a yoga teacher (BDY/EYU) and psychotherapeutic practitioner. With great joy, empathy, and presence, I have been accompanying people for many years in group and private teaching, workshops, seminars, on retreats, and in therapy.
For me, yoga is the essence of life. It brings me into inner and outer stability and into connection with my center and the honest intentions that live there. It gives me the opportunity to experience deep peace and stillness within myself and to access them at any time.
