For many years, I have been driven by a deep search for truth and by the answers to life’s great existential questions: the meaning of life, happiness, and the nature of consciousness. This path has not always been straightforward, yet the urge to explore these profound questions has always been an essential part of who I am.
I devote myself to studying and examining philosophies and wisdom traditions that offer ways of addressing these fundamental concerns. In my youth, thinkers such as Nietzsche, the existentialists, and the classics of world literature gave me important insights. More recently, I have also found profound truths in yoga, Buddhism, and other Eastern philosophies. Ultimately, the essence of life, the whole truth, is hidden in the breath.
In my classes, I share valuable, surprising, challenging, calming, and inspiring insights that I have encountered on my own search for truth. My approach is always non-dogmatic and invites you to examine what is offered through the lens of your own truth and what feels genuinely useful to you.
As John Lennon once imagined in “Imagine,” I long for a world in which we all coexist peacefully and justly, in harmony with ourselves and with nature. Yet reality often seems shaped by hatred, division, and escalation. That is why it feels so important to bring peace into the world now. I am convinced that only by cultivating inner peace can outer peace unfold. When more people find their inner peace, it will gradually spread into the world around them.
If you are looking for a purely athletic or physical challenge, my classes are not the right fit. My intention is instead to accompany you on your path toward greater inner peace.
It is a gift for me to share my knowledge and experience. I take great joy in opening new perspectives, awakening curiosity, and sparking a light of insight within you. Ideally, my impulses will touch you deeply and set something in motion. This always happens on equal footing, because I do not see myself as an authority. I firmly believe that every human being already carries within them everything needed for a joyful life.
My teaching therefore often focuses on self-knowledge and on helping you discover yourself. Only when we know and accept ourselves can we find true contentment and happiness. I want to inspire you to explore your inner world through meditation, contemplation, and reflection, to expand awareness through consciousness-expanding practices, and to experience the body as a valuable resource on your journey of discovery.
Self-knowledge is a unique human privilege and also a responsibility that makes us truly human. It is an ongoing process that must continually unfold if we are to live a happy and fulfilling life. In my teaching, I always invite you to reflect on yourself, because reflection creates the chance to know yourself more deeply and understand what we truly need for a meaningful life.
For around 30 years, since I first experienced a philosophical sense of wonder about the phenomenon of consciousness, I have been deeply engaged with philosophy, psychology, yoga, and meditation. What has always driven me is the search for truth and answers to the fundamental questions of human existence.
Since 2020, I have supported people as a trainer for conscious being, helping them move from doing into being and thereby live a more joyful and peaceful life. Since 2022, I have accompanied people in their personal growth processes as a breath and psychological yoga therapist.
