Rebecca found yoga in 2015, when she turned to the practice as a meaningful way to recover from burnout and the pressure of a demanding corporate career. With a background in law, she brings a thoughtful and grounded perspective to her teaching, while remaining deeply committed to sharing the healing power of yoga with others.
She trained in Vinyasa and Hatha with Brett Larkin and has developed a strong interest in anatomy, pranayama, and meditation. In her classes, guided meditation is often woven in to support a deeper sense of presence and inner calm. Rebecca’s teaching style centers on the balance between Sthira and Sukha — effort and ease — creating a practice that feels both steady and spacious.
Warm, approachable, and light-hearted, she enjoys bringing humour and playfulness into each session, helping students leave class feeling uplifted, relaxed, and smiling.
