Traditional Hatha Yoga. Ravi Bisht is a Yoga Alliance USA registered 500-hour teacher whose yogic path began 15 years ago after completing his graduation in Uttrakhand, Rishikesh. Born and raised in the spiritual city of Rishikesh, he developed an early interest in this 5,000-year-old traditional science that has long been part of life there. With a clear intention to share yoga as a path to overall well-being, he has become one of Rishikesh’s most respected and experienced Hatha yoga teachers. His teaching is rooted in ethics and values, and his Hatha classes are built on a strong Iyengar Yoga foundation, guiding students step by step toward the final asana. He believes yoga can only be truly understood through discipline, commitment, and respect for its rules, and that these qualities open the door to its benefits in daily life.
