
Namaste. As an asana and anatomy teacher at the ashram, Ratnesh Singh brings more than 8 years of experience supporting individuals and groups on their path toward a balanced, mindful lifestyle. His teaching is grounded in India’s traditional systems of yoga, ayurveda, and holistic health, while also integrating modern fitness principles to create a practical and well-rounded learning experience.
Ratnesh holds a strong academic and professional background, including 500 Hours YTTC, a Master’s degree in Yoga Science, Yogasana Sports Coaching, a Diploma in Nutrition & Health Education, and a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education. His approach is shaped not only by study, but also by direct exploration of India’s spiritual and cultural heritage. Through visits to ashrams, temples, gurukuls, and sacred sites across the country, he continues to deepen his understanding of yoga philosophy, regional traditions, and the living essence of Indian spirituality.
With a warm and authentic teaching style, he aims to make traditional yogic practices and ayurvedic lifestyle principles accessible for greater well-being.
