Dedicated to helping build a culture of peace in conflict-affected and post-conflict communities, Rathy KHUN brings both heart and experience to her teaching.
Her first memorable yoga class took place at age 13 in an orphanage center with Yogeswari, the founder of the AZAHAR Foundation. With that support, she practiced every weekend for three years at a yoga center in Phnom Penh. In 2015, she returned to the practice through the Peace Curriculum Program of the AZAHAR Foundation, deepening her connection to yoga as a path of resilience and healing.
Rathy is a certified 300-hour Jivamukti yoga teacher and holds a 200-hour certification from the UK Yoga Alliance. She also has training in Fly Fit Yoga, Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga, and Trauma-Sensitive Yoga. Known for her inclusive approach, she teaches with clear language and everyday examples, making each session welcoming and accessible for all levels.
