Rasida says she has been actively exercising since the age of 20. Since then, running, walking, aerobics, cycling, ice skating, skiing on flat tracks and forest trails, dancing and music have been her daily routine.
However, being active somewhere "on the side" was not enough for Rasida. Seven years ago, she decided to radically change her profession and take a different path as a sports trainer. It all started when she enrolled at the Lithuanian University of Education and continues to this day - Rasida is actively improving her qualifications in various courses and trainings in Lithuania and abroad.
"I have always dreamed of a job that I would love to do. At the moment, I find the most joy for my body and soul in PortDeBras Polestar, Pilates and calisthenics, while yoga and qigong practice are just for fun." - says Rasida.
Rasida's guiding principle is to educate the public about health, healthy movement, the benefits of breathing, nutrition and the discovery of leisure activities.
In her spare time, Rasida organises PortDeBrass and Pilates events, and has a strong interest in psychology, conscious/correct breathing, dance therapy, healthy living and nutrition.
