Rafaela Salvador

Client Manager. Rafaela graduated in Sociology from the University of Evora and brings extensive experience in the rehab and addiction sector. She viewed the Tabula Rasa project as innovative and forward thinking, and felt it was the right place for her because she believed it could help change the way addictions are treated. Rafaela has worked as a support worker and administrative assistant at Monte Wellness Centre in Portugal, served in client services at Seasons Portugal Wellness Centre, and trained at Western Counselling Residential Treatment for Addictions in the United Kingdom. Together with Alvaro, she is the first point of contact for all treatment enquiries at Tabula Rasa Retreat. She supports prospective clients, their families, and next of kin, while also acting as the link between clients and the wider referral network. Rafaela guides clients through the thorough vetting and intake process, coordinates with the medical team and management, and assists with all logistical arrangements before arrival at the centre. Rafaela is our lifeline.
