Rae is a trauma-informed integrative practitioner with a background in social care, where she supported children and families through complex emotional experiences.
Her training includes somatic movement therapy, Tantra meditation, breathwork, and shamanic practices.
Drawing on her own therapeutic experience with psychedelics and a long-standing interest in consciousness, Rae brings a strong commitment to integration. She offers steady, compassionate support for people moving through expanded states and major life transitions, meeting each person with an attuned and grounded presence.
A nature lover with a deep curiosity for the transpersonal, Rae is inspired by the space where ancient wisdom and modern psychology meet. Her work connects inner and outer worlds, encouraging reconnection, community, and a more meaningful way of living.
Rae graduated in 2025 from PsyEdu’s Professional Certificate in Psychedelic Practice.
