Radha teaches the liberation of the heart through inquiry and insight, guiding students toward freedom of mind through the realisation of reality’s non-dual nature. Her approach draws on the silent retreat Vipassana tradition, as well as Satsang-style teachings that place emphasis on direct inquiry into what is real. In Australia, she offers the programme Light on Liberation, a deep dharma inquiry practice.
She first travelled to India at the age of 23, and her teachers have included Christopher Titmuss, Ajahn Buddhadasa, Vimala Thakar, and Achariya Anagarika Minindra. Radha has been deeply influenced by the Buddhadharma and Advaita traditions, along with the teachings of Sri Ramana Maharshi. She has also been acknowledged by Ajahn Buddhadasa, Thailand’s renowned teacher of emptiness, and by Sri H.W.L. Poonja, a much-loved satsang teacher in India.
Radha has taught meditation in India and internationally for more than ten years, and has been a guest teacher in the UK, France, Germany, New Zealand, and Israel. She regularly leads retreats in Australia and is a founding teacher of Bay Insight in Byron Bay. In addition to her teaching, she is a registered psychologist and works in private practice when not leading retreats. She has over 20 years of experience in the treatment of substance abuse disorders, anxiety, trauma, and depression.
Teachings are offered on a Dana basis, in keeping with the tradition of making teachings freely available. There is no fee.
