
Rachel Krentzman is a licensed physical therapist and certified yoga therapist whose work bridges movement, education, and healing. After using yoga to recover from a serious back injury, she deepened her studies with master teachers Aadil Palkhivala of Purna Yoga, Judith Lasater, and Aman Keays of Iyengar Yoga, and later founded Happy Back Yoga Academy.
She is the author of two books, Yoga for a Happy Back: A Teacher's Guide to Spinal Health through Yoga Therapy and Scoliosis, Yoga Therapy & the Art of Letting Go, and has also contributed chapters to Yoga Therapy Foundations, Tools and Practice and the soon-to-be released Yoga Therapy for Children with Complex Needs. Rachel serves as Co-Director of Wisdom-Body Yoga Therapy, an 850-hour professional yoga therapist training program in Israel.
With more than 20 years of experience advocating for the integration of yoga into healthcare, she has led workshops and retreats around the world, sharing practical tools and compassionate guidance for greater spinal health, resilience, and long-term well-being.
