
With more than 12 years of experience and over 10,000 hours of teaching worldwide, Prem brings a distinctive blend of strength, mindfulness, and playfulness to every class. Drawing on a background in Hatha yoga and a variety of fitness disciplines, he creates sessions that feel both grounding and uplifting, helping participants move with greater confidence, ease, and awareness.
Prem is known for shaping inclusive, joy-filled experiences that support a healthy relationship with movement well beyond the studio. His teaching style is warm, intentional, and accessible, making each class inviting for people with different levels, needs, and goals. Now based in El Nido, Prem leads Dryft’s wellness programs with heart and purpose. His classes are designed to inspire movement for life while encouraging connection, presence, and enjoyment throughout the experience.
