Yoga and movement teacher, Pippa began her career in dance, training in ballet and contemporary styles for 15 years and performing professionally for three. After navigating mental health challenges linked to body image and perfectionism, she made the brave choice to leave the dance world behind. Her relationship with movement was renewed when a close friend introduced her to yoga, which became a safe space for expression and spirituality. Drawn to the practice, she left her retail job and completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training at Human-Kind studios, where her understanding of yoga and its philosophical foundations deepened. She continues to learn with the guidance of Tessa Leon, Triton Tunis-Mitchell and Adam Whiting. Pippa’s yoga classes weave creative sequencing with a strong sense of flow and embodiment, while her living movement classes invite exploration, build neuro-muscular awareness and connection, and open the door to creative expression. Her intention is to support you in practices that help you feel strong, safe, spacious and more connected to your body, breath and creativity.
