Peter’s path has been anything but linear. He started out as a printer and went on to work across a wide range of industries, gaining first-hand insight into hard work, uncertainty, and the question of whether there might be something more meaningful ahead.
That search eventually drew him into training and facilitation, where he found a natural talent for helping people recognise their strengths and open up to new possibilities. Over time, Peter has supported groups in Australia and around the world, including community organisations, NGOs, finance, education, and government.
He is appreciated for creating safe, supportive spaces where people can feel at ease to dream, reflect, and take their first steps forward. His approach combines warmth, humour, mindfulness, and practical clarity, so participants leave feeling inspired and equipped with realistic actions they can apply.
In many ways, Peter has lived the same questions that bring people to this work — and he knows how to guide them toward their own answers.
