Pedro Gorman

Writer and blogger. Pedro is a graduate of University College Dublin, where he earned a degree in English Literature. His long-standing passion for language and storytelling has shaped a career that spans translation work for several publishing houses, close collaboration with national theatres in Lisbon, and ghostwriting novels and biographies. In October 2022, Pedro made the brave decision to address a long-term opioid addiction and began his healing journey through ibogaine treatment at Tabula Rasa Retreat. That experience inspired him to become part of the team. Today, he serves as the retreat’s in-house writer and blogger, sharing recovery stories, documenting the work taking place at the retreat, and writing thoughtful essays on ibogaine and ancestral plant medicines. Beyond his writing, Pedro builds genuine connections with clients and supports them in integrating their ibogaine experiences. Guided by empathy and a commitment to holistic healing, he also facilitates breathwork sessions. His many contributions have made him a valued member of the Tabula Rasa Retreat team.
