I believe movement has a healing power, and yoga can create more space, lightness, and a deeper connection with yourself. For me, this practice is both calm and focus, as well as playful challenges and moments of courage. It is a gentle yet liberating path for the body, and that is what inspired me to share it with others.
I discovered yoga four years ago, and from the very first classes I felt drawn to explore it further. I sometimes joke that I must have practiced it in a previous life. This path has brought me greater inner peace, confidence, and a curiosity to explore yoga’s therapeutic effects and more challenging asanas.
It is important to me to help you build a closer relationship with your body and listen to the simple but essential sensations: breath, movement, and inner stillness. In my classes, I invite you to explore, play, and step beyond familiar boundaries, discovering more freedom in your practice.
