Paula

Staff Member, Firekeeper, Massage Therapist, Yoga Teacher

Paula was born in the United States but has spent a lot of her time traveling, living and working with medicine communities in South America. She is a licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, and certified Yoga Teacher, but above all of those things, she is a student of the traditions of The Red Road. She believes in the healing power of these traditions and sees the importance of keeping them alive. She is a vision quester, an assistant to the shamans, and a ceremonial singer.

Paula’s family lineage comes from the Saami people of northern Finland (The Reindeer People) and the Celtics of Ireland. She believes we all have indigenous blood and we all deserve to reconnect to our roots and protect the parts of us that are ancient. Paula honors life as her greatest teacher and stays open to where it wants to take her while she is in service to the great awakening of humanity.

At Gaia, you can find Paula in the office, teaching classes, providing massage, assisting in ceremonies, and overall helping fly the galactic ship of Gaia Sagrada. She is always available to connect with you during your healing processes here at Gaia.
