Paul Belsito serves as Chief Communications and Engagement Officer at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, where he guides communications, engagement, and storytelling efforts that support the School’s mission to expand education and opportunity for all learners.
He currently chairs the Board of Early Education and Care for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and has held leadership positions on several nonprofit boards. Known for his thoughtful approach, Paul leads with humility, a deep respect for community perspectives, and a strong dedication to building meaningful connections that create positive outcomes for children, families, and communities.
Paul also has a personal connection to Kripalu, where he took part in a nonprofit leadership retreat. That experience further shaped his understanding of mindful leadership and community-centered practice.
