Patrick’s journey into yoga began in 1998, when he turned to the practice while coping with severe sciatica and the unwanted side effects of pain medication. He noticed meaningful changes almost right away, and that experience inspired him to become a teacher so he could pass those benefits on to others. Since then, his work has taken him around the world, with teaching opportunities in Japan, Germany, Korea, the USA, and beyond.
Today, Patrick balances his teaching life with time spent with his young family. He also enjoys contact sports, which continually remind him of the importance of his practice—especially when new injuries call for patience, awareness, and healing. His path reflects both resilience and a deep appreciation for yoga as a supportive tool for everyday life.
