
Raised in the Himalayan foothills of Himachal Pradesh, Pankaj Sharma brings a lifelong connection to yoga and a strong foundation in traditional learning. After completing a BA in Sanskrit, he followed his path to Rishikesh, where he spent eight years immersed in ashram life and studied yoga in the classical Gurukul tradition. He later deepened his knowledge with a Master’s degree in Yoga while continuing to teach in ashrams and schools.
With years of early and dedicated practice, Pankaj has developed a clear and confident teaching style rooted in authenticity and experience. His specialty is body opening, helping students create space, improve ease, and experience meaningful positive change in their practice. He shares his guidance through 200, 300, and 500-hour teacher training courses, supporting practitioners as they grow along their yogic journey.
