
Pankaj Ji is a devoted yoga teacher from Rishikesh whose journey with Vinyasa Flow began in 2014, when he experienced its deeply transformative effect firsthand. Over the past 10 years, he has devoted himself to the study of movement, strength, and mindful, embodied practice, continually deepening both his personal and teaching path.

He encourages each person to honor their own body and mind, meeting the mat exactly as they are.
