Pal Gehlot (E-RYT 500) is an accomplished yoga teacher from India with more than 10 years of professional teaching experience and over 15 years of committed personal practice. Her path began at the age of five, shaped by the traditional yoga teachings she learned and practiced in the Himalayas. With an engineering background, she later chose to devote herself fully to yoga, bringing together analytical thinking and spiritual depth in a teaching style that feels both grounded and insightful.
Pal is certified in Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin, Kundalini, Tantra, and Pre/Postnatal Yoga. She also teaches Yoga Philosophy, Anatomy, Yoga Nidra, and Meditation. Her classes combine precise alignment, breath awareness, and philosophical depth, inviting students to move with intention and connect the physical body with the subtler layers of mind and spirit.
As part of the House of Om Teacher Training team, Pal supports students in 200-hour yoga teacher training through a space that is structured, heart-centered, and encouraging. She is recognized for her clear instruction, calm presence, and skill in blending traditional wisdom with contemporary understanding. Pal believes yoga is a lifelong journey of self-discovery, where steady practice, awareness, and reflection can foster not only strength and flexibility, but also inner peace and emotional balance.
Her intention as a teacher is simple: to guide students toward yoga as a transformative practice that refines the body, expands awareness, and awakens deeper inner wisdom.
