With a background rooted in finance, entrepreneurship, and nonprofit management, Owen Lyons brings a thoughtful and well-rounded perspective to his work. His professional journey also includes more than 15 years dedicated to mediation, reflecting a long-standing commitment to dialogue, balance, and meaningful connection. A student of philosophy and ethics, he pairs practical leadership experience with a deep interest in values-driven decision-making.
Owen earned his MBA from the Cornell University Johnson School and continues to draw on that foundation in both strategic and mission-focused settings. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys sailboat racing and exploring the country with his Macaw, Pablo. From his very first visit to the Center, he felt inspired by its warmth and serenity, and he feels honored to support the Center’s vision and evolution.
