Until the age of 15, I often felt lost and out of place in this world, but everything began to shift when I discovered Alan Watts and his teachings at 17. From an early age, movement has always played an important role in my life, beginning with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, gym training, and yoga.
After years of meditation, I felt called to seek out a yoga master. My journey toward breaking free from mental slavery was also shaped by a deep longing that led me to India after my mother passed away.
These two experiences became major turning points in my life. They helped me understand that life feels pure and simple when you choose to live it fully and with intention.
I stayed in India for a year, practicing and teaching yoga. Through that time, I came to see that mindfulness and a consistent practice of both body and mind can bring real balance to life. I believe that with the right tools, life can become a beautiful experience—one that expands your sense of connection to the world around you and opens you to the ocean-like depth of wisdom within. To me, this should be a birthright for every human being.
We are all here by choice, and you can check out whenever you are ready. Until then, I believe it is best to see life as fun and games and enjoy the ride. I bring plenty of energy and I am always ready for a challenge. My purpose is to create and share love, wisdom, and joy with people who have had enough of the 9-to-5 rat race and want to vibrate higher, so we can lift those around us to new heights.
The Napolean: I first met Oscar during my 200hr YTTC in Goa. He has been a friend to me since day one. He is serious in his craft and profession, yet playful in his joy and laughter. A character with an exuberant presence, meet Oscar “The Napolean”.
Unknown: Oscar was one of my teachers on my 200 hour YTT in India. Having him as a teacher was definitely a highlight of my course. He not only brought a wealth of knowledge and experience, but also fun and laughter. He is such a supportive soul and an absolute pleasure to be around.
Unknown: Oscar is one of the most amazing souls I have ever met. As a teacher, he is very supportive and a true friend. His knowledge of breathwork, meditation, and yoga is impressive. In moments when I struggled with meditation, he helped bring me back on track.
Banimb Mbappe: I had the chance to have Oscar as a teacher in my 200h YTT at Kranti Yoga. He knows how to share his amazing energy with students, being the most playful and caring teacher you can have. I had great pranayama classes with him, as he is very knowledgeable on the subject, with amazing meditations and breathing techniques. I look forward to learning from him again!
