Yoga has been an inseparable part of my life since 2001. It has made me stronger physically, increased my flexibility, and given me inner courage β both on the mat and in everyday life.
After years of living in different countries, I settled permanently in Mallorca in 2010. The relaxed Spanish rhythm of life, the warm climate, and the breathtaking landscape have deeply inspired me. Here, it is possible to practice yoga outdoors almost all year round.
My path led me to India in 2006, where I began my Hatha yoga training. In 2023, I successfully completed a four-year program to become a certified Iyengar yoga teacher. In Iyengar yoga, precise alignment and the correct sequence of asanas are central, supported by a wide range of props. By regularly attending workshops, I continue to deepen my knowledge and love sharing this experience with my students. Since 2020, teaching yoga has been my main profession.
In my classes, I enjoy combining creative movement sequences. My goal is for participants to leave feeling refreshed, energized, and balanced. The inner stillness that arises after practice is a beautiful experience β and this is exactly the essence I want to pass on.
Meditation is an essential part of my path. Vipassana, a Buddhist practice, teaches us to observe ourselves attentively and to fully appreciate life.
As a teacher, I remain a student. I learn just as much from teaching as I do from practicing, and I am deeply grateful to my students for that.
