Nula Clark brings a grounded, energetic approach to yoga, shaped by more than a decade of personal practice and a deep appreciation for its physical challenge. While her connection to yoga began with an interest in movement, it was during the pandemic lockdown that she experienced its fuller impact, finding comfort, clarity, and support for her physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. That experience inspired her to go further, completing both her 200-hour and 300-hour advanced teacher training in Vinyasa, Rocket, and Yin yoga.
Alongside her yoga background, Nula is also a CrossFit coach and athlete, and she views yoga as a valuable complement to other athletic disciplines. Her classes are designed to be mindful and breath-led, with an engaging balance of challenge and playfulness. She also weaves yoga philosophy into her teaching, encouraging students to explore how the practice can support a more compassionate and peaceful way of living.
