
Anatomy, asana, and pranayama are at the heart of Niveda Arora’s teaching. Originally from Delhi, she brings five years of experience as a trained yoga instructor, having taught in yoga teacher training courses across different states in India and abroad. In a field often dominated by men, she stands out as a committed and inspiring woman, supported by a strong personal practice and a clear, effective teaching style.
Her academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts from Delhi University, where she studied History and Political Science. She later trained in graphic design and worked in that field for some time, before feeling deeply drawn to yoga. Following that calling, she left her job and completed a Post Graduation Diploma in Yogic Science from Kaivalya Dham, Pune.
After finishing her studies, Niveda spent time in Dubai teaching yoga, an important step in the growth of her career. She then returned to India and began teaching in Goa, where she worked at several locations with students from around the world who came for yoga retreats. Her classes were appreciated by people of all age groups, and her time in Goa gave her valuable experience and recognition for the path ahead.
For the past two years, Niveda has been teaching in Rishikesh at various yoga schools, guiding students from many countries in their yoga teacher training journeys. Her main interests include Hatha, Vinyasa, and anatomy lectures. Known for her clear, practical, and informative classes, she continues to earn deep respect from her students. Alongside her full-time teaching, she is currently pursuing a Master’s in Yoga from Uttarakhand University, reflecting her ongoing dedication to learning and sharing knowledge generously.
