Nith has been practicing yoga since 2015, exploring a range of styles including Jivamukti, Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, and Fly Fit. He completed a 200-hour teacher training with Yoga Soul Body Fit, sponsored by the AZAHAR Foundation and recognized by the UK Yoga Alliance. Over the past few years of practice, study, and teaching, he has felt deeply grateful for the opportunities yoga has brought, including connecting with global communities such as the UNESCO Youth and Sport Task Force and other networks. Yoga has had a profound influence on his life, and he hopes to pass that inspiration on to young people in his community, encouraging them to help create a better, more peaceful environment. In his classes, students can expect to deepen their awareness of both body and mind. His sessions are challenging, while always emphasizing safety and mindful movement.
