His background includes co-founding Psatha restaurant, managing The Pepper Tree and The Olive Tree, and launching Gusto restaurant. Each step in his career has shaped a refined understanding of quality, service, and the details that make a guest experience feel thoughtful and complete.
Now based in Gozo, Malta, Nikos works alongside the Samudra Retreats Gozo team, bringing his experience and dedication to a setting designed for rest, nourishment, and connection. Guests can expect a warm, well-cared-for atmosphere supported by his professional presence and culinary expertise.
