Nikki’s path into yoga and teaching began with her own healing journey. After being diagnosed with severe scoliosis shortly after finishing high school, she lived with chronic pain for much of her life. Over time, yoga — especially Ashtanga — changed everything, helping her feel stronger, healthier, and more balanced in both body and mind.
Before becoming a teacher, she worked as a fashion designer and lived a very different life. Yet yoga gave her the chance to turn her attention fully toward healing and to discover a deeper sense of purpose. Raised in Bali, she grew up with a strong value of community and service, and yoga became a way to extend that spirit beyond herself.
During the pandemic, she supported people in her community through yoga practices, inspired by the karma of yoga and the opportunity to be of service. Today, she is continuing to expand her knowledge in holistic health. Her interests now include raw food and detox, and she is completing her certification as a holistic nutrition and detox coach.
She has also travelled to Rishikesh, India, to deepen her study of yoga. Having experienced firsthand how yoga and proper nutrition can support healing, she brings that understanding into her teaching. Nikki is grateful to share her passion for the healing path and to help others find strength, clarity, and purpose.
