I have always loved sharing my enthusiasm for movement with others and inspiring them to stay active. Since 2003, I have been a certified aerobic instructor, and until 2012 I led my own classes alongside my professional work.
From 2011 onward, I also offered indoor cycling. At the same time, I practiced triathlon and completed further training as a nutrition coach (C-license).
Still, my interest has never been limited to physical activity alone. I have long been drawn to the connection between body and soul, energy and thought, as well as nutrition and illness.
Before I immersed myself deeply in yoga, I spent more than three years studying Buddhism and actively supported the organization of a Buddhist community.
For me, yoga and ayurveda represent the ideal balance for body, mind, and soul—a truly holistic approach. My goal is to integrate this comprehensive teaching into everyday life and experience it fully.
My yoga training includes, in addition to many hours on my mat, a 200-hour RYT certification with Yoga Alliance USA, Yin Yoga certification with Jo Phee (International Yin Yoga Teacher Trainer), prenatal yoga and personal coach training at Balance Yoga Frankfurt, a 7 Chakras training with Dr. Kausthub Desikachar, and children’s yoga training with Groovy Kids (Greville Henwood).
Since September 2016, I have also been a certified Ayurveda Nutrition Consultant (Eurasia Med Ayurveda School, Ralph Steuernagel). In my view, yoga and ayurveda form an inseparable unity. I have also been initiated into Reiki I by Sabine Kühn.
To deepen my holistic path further, I have additionally begun studying to become a naturopathic practitioner.
It is my wish to accompany you part of the way on your journey—because to me, life is a wonderful journey.
