Nicole Sener joined the Common Ground Center team in March 2026 as Executive Director, bringing a strong background in community leadership and youth empowerment. Before stepping into this role, she served as Executive Director at Milton Family Community Center after settling in Vermont with her growing family. Her professional path has been shaped by meaningful work with young people, including instructing Outward Bound courses, serving in the Peace Corps in the Dominican Republic, and supporting afterschool and tutoring programs in Baltimore, MD.
Her experience reflects a deep commitment to service, education, and helping others grow through supportive, hands-on environments. Outside of work, Nicole enjoys making time for a quick run and discovering Vermont through toddler-friendly adventures with her husband and their two toddlers. Her blend of leadership experience, community focus, and love of exploration makes her a valued presence at CGC.
