
With more than 16 years of dedication to yoga, Nicole Schöngart brings a thoughtful blend of experience, curiosity, and care to her teaching. Originally working in architecture and project development, she chose to redirect her path during the pandemic toward mental and physical practices that better reflect her passion for well-being.
Trained in Kundalini Yoga, Nicole draws on her background to create classes and retreats that feel both uplifting and deeply supportive. Her approach weaves together sound, aromatherapy, and dance, inviting participants into a more expansive experience of connection, presence, and joy. Through her work, she encourages others to explore their own path to balance while celebrating the beauty of life in all its forms.
