




Welcome to a world where mental coaching for personal growth and yoga flow together in a natural, harmonious way. At the center of my practice is conscious, calm breathing — my safe harbor and place of return. In that space, I always come back to my true self, while pranayama and yoga help soften the demands of everyday life. In the stillness of the breath, I listen to the wise voice of my heart. My practice is deeply rooted in Bhakti and Iyengar yoga. My highest aim is to help people reconnect with themselves and their feelings so they can recognize their own longing and truth. Yoga forms an essential bridge between body, mind, and soul, deepening inner awareness while the body’s language reveals what words often cannot express.
My true passion is supporting people on their path and guiding them with care. In my retreats, I create individual experience concepts that creatively combine my mental expertise with yoga. My approach is personal and unique, carefully adapted to the themes of each process. I support participants in discovering their unconscious potential and setting the course for a more fulfilling everyday life. My craft is “felt happiness.” For many years, I have lived my calling as a coach, helping people recognize the real goals hidden behind their challenges and bring them into life in a positive way.
Knowledge alone is not enough; only when it connects with our unconscious feelings does a new path open. That is what makes deep, lasting transformation possible. I meet people wherever they are and accompany them with commitment, trust, and continuity toward where they truly want to be. When the barriers in the mind open and the heart regains its voice, I feel gratitude for my role as a guide. In this way, many can discover their own inner “wow” and find their balance.
