Welcome, and thank you for being here. I believe healing happens best in an environment where you feel safe, seen, and accepted. As a therapist, my intention is to offer a warm, supportive, and affirming space where you can arrive exactly as you are, without concern about judgment. In our work together, you can expect a foundation of mutual respect, trust, and unconditional positive regard.
One of my areas of focus is working with LGBTQIA+ individuals, as well as people exploring identity, relationships, trauma, anxiety, or major life transitions. I understand how important it is to feel recognized, protected, and celebrated in therapy. I aim to create a space where every part of you is welcome, especially the parts that may have felt unheard, silenced, or misunderstood.
My style is collaborative, curious, and grounded in connection — not only to your thoughts, but also to your body and nervous system. I believe the body has an innate capacity for healing, and in therapy we can access that through a range of approaches. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, somatic therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and EMDR to support healing on multiple levels. These methods help us explore how your experiences live in the body, release painful patterns, and build deeper self-trust and inner calm.
Creating a positive therapeutic experience means honoring your story, respecting your pace, and recognizing your strengths — even when they’re hard to see. Together, we can cultivate a space where healing feels possible and growth feels supported. If you’re ready to begin, I’m here and honored to be part of your journey.
"Your task is not to seek love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it." - Rumi
