Transformation is not a luxury or a passing wish β it is essential. We are each called to work with our creative potential across every part of who we are and how we live.
Welcome, and thank you for taking a moment to read my bio. My name is Nick, and I am a pre-licensed therapist based in New Hampshire. I hold an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and I bring nearly a decade of experience in the health, wellness, and fitness field.
While I value my education and professional training, it is my own life experience that led me to this helping profession. Like many people who come through the door seeking support, I have known distress, chronic pain, and deep emotional and mental struggle. Those lows were real, and finding β and at times rediscovering β joy and vitality has been an important part of my own path.
For me, therapy, like life, is something to be lived and experienced. Whatever you are carrying, and wherever you are starting from, there is space for it to be safely expressed in our work together. I want clients to feel that they can begin the journey toward health and balance in the form it needs to take for them.
That process calls for trust, patience, and a willingness to enter the unknown areas of our lives, both inwardly and outwardly. At times, that can feel overwhelming. My role is to walk beside you, offer support, and help you navigate those unfamiliar parts of your life.
I draw from a wide range of therapeutic approaches, including psychodynamics, family systems, internal family systems, play therapy, spiritual integration, attachment theory, hypnosis, nature, and experiential therapy. Even so, the most important element is you. You hold deep healing and creative potential within you.
Whether our sessions include tears, laughter, anger, joy, fear, acceptance, or all of the above, each part belongs to your journey toward a more fulfilling life. I feel grateful to be part of that healing journey and to walk alongside you.
