Ney is our direct neighbor and one of the most experienced members of the team, having worked at La Medicina since 2013. His deep knowledge of plants makes him a key part of daily life here, where planting and pruning are part of his regular rhythm. He also cares for the extensive water pipe system that helps supply water to the local community, an important responsibility that supports life beyond the property itself.
In addition to his hands-on work, Ney represents the community in the local neighbors’ association, reflecting the trust and respect he has earned over the years. Outside of work, he enjoys raising chickens and tending to a variety of plants, including cacao and citrus trees. His connection to the land and community brings practical skill, dedication, and warmth to everything he does.
