


Meet Nell, a guiding presence at the studio and a highly experienced wellness practitioner with more than a decade of work in yoga, meditation, breathwork, bodywork, qigong, and pilates. Her path into this field began unexpectedly while she was working as an international engineer in Europe, when an article on yoga opened the door to a deeper search for balance and self-discovery.
Shaped by early influences from her parents and a Reiki healer, Nell developed a holistic approach that continues to inform her teaching today. Over the years, she has studied with respected teachers across multiple disciplines and eventually felt called to share her knowledge with others. That calling became especially clear during a powerful savasana experience, inspiring her to step fully into teaching.
At Soul Agenda Yoga & Pilates, Nell helps create a welcoming community where people from all backgrounds can explore movement, stillness, and healing in a supportive environment. Her classes and sessions invite students to reconnect with body, mind, and spirit.
