Neils Poole is an experienced plant medicine ceremony facilitator with more than 10 years of guiding people through safe and deeply transformative healing journeys.
His spiritual path was shaped by 12 years spent in the Peruvian Andes and the Amazon Jungle, where he immersed himself in the indigenous shamanic traditions of the Shipibo, Mestizo, and Quechua peoples.
Throughout that period, Neils worked closely with indigenous elders and maestros, expanding his understanding of ancestral healing practices and their sacred relationship with Ayahuasca. He has directed and facilitated many Ayahuasca retreats across Latin America, supporting thousands of participants as they move through the deeply personal and spiritual processes awakened by plant medicine.
Recognized for his sensitivity and grounded presence, Neils brings a strong connection to earth, energy, and spirit into every retreat. People who work with him often describe his natural gentleness, compassionate guidance, and steady trust in each person’s unique healing path. His gift for holding a safe and sacred space helps participants reconnect with inner wisdom and discover their own heart’s medicine.
Neils’ approach blends traditional plant medicine ceremonies with elements of contemporary therapeutic work. Drawing on Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Compassionate Inquiry, and heart-centered psychospiritual therapy, he helps participants integrate the insights gained in ceremony into everyday life.
At his core, Neils is a traveler, seeker, and bridge between worlds. He is devoted to honoring the wisdom of indigenous traditions while supporting participants in rediscovering ancient truths and cultivating presence, acceptance, and trust. His work is rooted in helping people remember what it means to feel whole and connected—to themselves, to others, and to the natural world.
